There is nothing quite like a blank canvas. Right after closing on this beautiful property—and just before moving day—the homeowner trusted our team to execute a complete interior transformation. Operating in an empty house allowed us to meticulously prep every surface, ensuring crisp lines and seamless transitions throughout the open-floor concept.

To elevate the home's contemporary layout, we used a beautifully curated, cool-toned palette from Sherwin-Williams. The main living areas were wrapped in Gray Screen (SW 7071), a bright, modern gray that opens up the floor plan. We brought crisp, high-end definition to the architectural details by coating the trim, doors, and baseboards in Extra White (SW 7006), perfectly contrasted by Pure White (SW 7005) on the ceilings. For an elegant pop of dimension, we applied a sophisticated accent of Steely Gray (SW 7664) to the dramatic tray ceiling in the foyer and the hallway wall facing the formal dining room. The result is a beautifully cohesive, move-in-ready space that feels both welcoming and brilliantly modern.
